Early morning when u wake up at *4:15 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take kadhi leaves (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take ginger (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 garlic cloves with water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd amla juice(20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Glass of cucumber juice

*MORNING TEA*

*At 7:00am*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*8:30 Am

bowl of veg daliya ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*MORNING MIDMEAL*

*At 10:30 noon

coconut water

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 1:00 noon*

bowl of papaya

*LUNCH*

*AT 3:00pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

One day ….. rajma as veg

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted puffed rice 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

bowl of milk muesli ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 pear 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
