Early morning when u wake up at *5:00* am
(soaked overnight)
First 10 days…. Take mint leaves(½spoon paste) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take jeera(½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits
*MORNING MEAL*
*At 8:00am*
bowl of jamun
*BREAKFAST*
*10:00 am*
bowl of veg upma ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad
Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 12:00 noon*
lemon water ( use 2 spoon of gond katira )
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
*LUNCH*
*AT 1:30pm*
.2 chapati (use oats and wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

One day …..green beans as veg

*At 5:00 pm*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted makhana
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 7:30pm*
9,10 august….. bowl of broccoli mix bean salad ( add max chopped salad )
11 august…..bowl of makhana bhel (low salt) with bowl of salad
*AT 9:00 pm*
1 pear
Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
(2 time green tea in a day)….
