Early morning when u wake up at *7:30 am*

First 10 days…. Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml

Next 10 days….. Jeera (½ spoon) water…. 200 ml

Next 10 days…. Methi (½ spoon) water… 200 ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½spoon flax seeds nd Giloy juice (20ml) with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

glass of cucumber juice

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

9,10,11 august…..bowl of veg daliya ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

12 august…..bowl of suji kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

1 guava 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

lemon water ( no sugar, no salt)

*Take 20 ml apple cider vinegar with luke warm water before 15 min of lunch*

9,10,11 august……2 chapati (use jau nd wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

One day …..white chana as veg

12 august….bowl of curd mix fruits ( without sugar and salt) ( add max chopped fruits)

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk or milk tea or green tea (use elaichi in milk) with handful of roasted chana 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

9,10 august….bowl of spicy crunchy cornflakes ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

11 august….cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread

12 august….bowl of suji kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

Bowl of papaya 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
