Early morning when u wake up at *5:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take rose petals (½ rose red/pink) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… take mint leaves ( 12-15 leaves) water……200ml 

Next 10 days… Take 2 garlic cloves with water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd triphala juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

1 kiwi 

*BREAKFAST*

*9:30 am*

bowl of sprouts salad ( add max chopped salad)

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:30 noon*

infused  water (add chopped kiwi, cinnamon, 2 basil leaves)  

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

2 chapati  ( use jau and wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …..boiled rice with curry without pakoda 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:30 pm*

Cup of milk(no sugar) with 2 oats biscuits 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

9 august….. bowl of murmura khichdi with bowl of salad

10,11 august….bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 pear

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
