Early morning when u wake up at 6:30 am
(soaked overnight)
First 10 days…. Take Turmeric (¼spoon haldi) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd ½spoon sunflower seeds nd wheatgrass juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
EARLY MORNING
1 guava
BREAKFAST
9:30 am
9 ,10,11 sept …. 2 moong dal cheela ( bowl 0f curd with salad bowl)
12 sept….. bowl of veg ooats ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad
Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal
AFTERNOON MIDMEAL
At 11:30 noon
infused water ………. apple ginger water (with the use of mint beans )
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
LUNCH
AT 2:00pm
2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl 1 piece anjir
Or
One day ….. bowl of besan gutta as veg
EVENING TEA
At 5:00 pm
Cup of milk tea or green tea with roasted makhana
Water intake maximum
DINNER
AT 7:30pm
9,10 sept…….bowl of mushroom tikka (with use of green chutney )
11 sept…. cup of milk with 2 brown bread slice ( no sugar)
12 sept …….. bowl 0f milk oats ( no sugar )hot or
bowl 0f milk oats (no sugar )add max chopped fruits cold
AT 9:00 pm
1 pear
Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
(2 time green tea in a day)….
