First diet

17,18,19,20 March 👉

👉🏻 Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time
👉🏻 SUGAR AND BUTTER NOT ALLOWED ❌

Early morning when u wake up at 7:00 am

(soaked overnight)
First 10 days…. Take mint leaves (12-15 leaves)water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon)water… 200ml
Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (30 ml in water)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

BREAKFAST
10:00 am
2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl
Or
One day ….. Soyabean as veg

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

AFTERNOON MIDMEAL
At 12:00 noon
1 apple

Half spoon chia seed In a day….. before lunch…..add in your water bottle

LUNCH
AT 2:30pm
17,18 March…..1½ veg grilled sandwich (use 3 slice of brown bread) with salad

19,20 March….1 large sized besan cheela (add maximum chopped veggies…non sticky) with bowl of curd nd salad

EVENING TEA
At 5:00 pm
Cup of milk tea (without sugar) with handful of roasted makhana

Water intake maximum

DINNER
AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm
17,18 March…..Large bowl of veg daliya (add max chopped veggies) and salad bowl

19,20 March…. large bowl of moong daal with salad

AT 9:00 pm
1 Apple

Organic Green tea before 30 min to bed
(2 time green tea in a day)….
