22.Ramayana’s Bread masala ?

Ingredients
●Brown Bread Slice-2
●1 tbsp Onion sliced.
●1 tbsp Tomato finely sliced
●1 tbsp chopped capsicum
●1 tbsp boiled sweet corns
● pinch of Chilli Powder(optional)
● pinch of Coriander Powder
● pinch of Turmeric powder
● few drops of Oil
● Salt to Taste
● Coriander leaves – A few

Method

How to Make
Cut the bread slice or crushed bread slice into small cubes and keep it aside. In a pan (kadai) pour few drops of oil and heat it.Add onion,tomato,capsicum,sweet corns and saute it.Then add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt..acc to taste and cook for 2-3 mins.Then add bread cubes and sprinkle a little water, so that the bread and masala mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves.??

21. Ramayana’s Paneer Kastoori sandwich?

Ingredients
•2 brown bread or whole wheat bread
•1 tsp chopped onion
•1 tsp tomato
•20 gm paneer(homemade)
•1 tsp kasoori methi
•2 tsp of boiled corns
•1 Tsp ginger, garlic & green chili paste
•2 Tsp tomato puree
•pinch of red chili powder
•Pinch of haldi powder
•Pinch of garam masala

Method

•Heat drops of oil in pan, add jeera in it.
• Add ginger garlic & green chilli paste. Wait till it leaves oil on its edges. Cook on low flame.
•Add finely chopped onion. Cook it for few min till its start changing its colour.
•Add finely chopped tomato. Saute it.
•Now add red chili powder, haldi, garam masala add dry kastoori methi in a pan . Mix it well.
• Now add paneer (cut in thin 2 slices shape)
•put the matarial on one slice then place another slice on it. Nd grilled it
• Serve hot delicious paneer kastori sandwich .

( Tip: Finely chopped vegetables can also be added like carrots,capsicum,beans, green peas. )

Ingredients

•2 slice of brown bread
•1 tsp onion
•pinch of chilli powder , turmeric powder, coriander powder
•1/4 tsp garam masala
•2 tsp of chopped tomato.
•little amount of paste of garlic nd ginger
•few drops of oil
•2 tsp paneer (homemade )
•1 tsp coriander leaves

Method

•Heat drops of oil in a pan.
• Add 1 tsp onion, salt, add paste of garlic nd ginger Cook till it turns golden.
•Add pinch of chilly powder ,pinch of turmeric ,coriander powder n garam masala and 2 tsp chopped tomato.
cook till the tomato turn mushy.
•Add in the crumbled 2 tsp paneer and mix well .
•Add 1 tsp coriander leaves and toss well .
•Take a bread slice, take spoon full filling n spread on bread slice ,cover with another bread and toast it in a toaster or grill pan or a tawa its done..
•Serve hot

19. Ramayana’s Crunchy Mushroom Sandwich?

Ingredients:

•2 brown bread slices
•Few drops of oil
•1 garlic clove
•1/2 green chilli chopped
•1 tsp chopped onion
•3-4 pieces of mushroom
•Salt to taste

Method

•Heat few drops of oil in a pan and saute garlic, green chilli, onion until onion turns golden, then add mushroom and sprinkle salt.
•Saute until they are cooked.
•Place one slice of brown bread and put the sautéed material than place another slice of bread and Grill it in a grill pan or in sandwich toaster until it turns crisp.
•Cut the crunchy mushroom sandwich and serve hot .

Ingredients
•2 brown bread slices
•salt to taste
•pinch of kali mirch powder
•1 tbsp chopped mushroom
•1 tsp chopped onion
•1 tsp chopped tomato
•1 tsp Chopped green chilly
•1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
•few drops of oil

Method
Heat few drops of oil in pan nd saute mushroom,tomato,onion n add salt, kali mirch, coriander leaves and green chilly..then spread the mixture on one bread slice and cover with another bread slice nd Grill both side n serve.??
