32. Ramayana’s special Hummus?

INGREDIENTS
•1 tsp of tahini (sesame seed paste)(roasted, not raw)
•1 garlic clove mashed and roughly chopped
•3 tbsp of chickpeas , drained
•1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
•1/2 cup water
•salt to taste

METHOD
•In a food processor, combine the tahini and olive oil and pulse until smooth.
• Then add the garlic, lemon juice, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Process until smooth. The longer you process in the food processor, the smoother the hummus will be. Add more salt or lemon juice to taste.
GARNISH
Spoon into serving dish, swirl a little olive oil over the top and sprinkle with garnishes—a little paprika, , or chopped fresh parsley,coriander ,spinach

31. Ramayana’s Besan toast?

Ingredients
•1 tbsp besan
•2 slices of brown bread
•pinch of aamchur, ajwain,according lg hing, turmeric
•salt and chilly acc. To taste
•water accordingly
•1 green chilly finely chopped(optional)
• ¼ tsp ginger paste
•1 teaspoon onion finely chopped
•1 teaspoon capsicum finely chopped
•roughly chopped coriander leaves
•few drops of oil for toasting

Method
•firstly in a mixing bowl take besan then add turmeric, chilli powder, aamchur, ajwain, hing and salt. combine well ,further add water and whisk smooth.
•Additionaly add green chilli, ginger paste, onion, capsicum and chopped coriander leaves.
•Mix well and get to thick flowing consistency batter.
•Now dip a brown bread slices into besan batter and cover both sides.
•Heat pan few drops of oil and toast on low flame and flip over and cook both sides till besan gets cooked completely and bread turns crisp, press gently, make sure besan is cooked completely.
•Finally serve besan bread toast with green chutney(homemade)??

INGREDIENTS
•1 teaspoon tomato
•1 teaspoon green chilly(optional)
•pinch of coriander seeds.
•salt to taste.
•2 brown bread
•few drops of oil
•1 teaspoon rava (suji)
•1 tsp of cucumber
•1 tsp of sweet corn

METHOD
•Add tomato , cucumber, sweet corn, green chilly,coriander,salt n sooji.grind in mixer to make fine paste .
•Take one brown bread slice spread the rava mixture evenly with a spoon then toast the bread both side with some drop of oil on non stick tawa. Serve immediately with tamarind sauce (homemade ) – optional ??

Ingredients
•1 multigrain bread
•1/4 carrot
• 1/4 capcicum
•1/2 onion
•green chilly (optional)
•1 tbsp hung curd
• pinch of Black pepper
• salt according to taste

Method
Take the carrot, onion, capsicum, green chilly ( optional) mashed them well. Than Combine the hung curd. add salt nd black pepper ( according to taste) and mix it well in a bowl now take 1toasted bread and apply the mixture on toast,now toast is ready ..
Serve to eat. .??

28.Ramayana’s Moong dal toast

28.Ramayana’s Moong dal toast?

Ingredients
•2 tbsp yellow moong dal (split yellow gram)
• roughly chopped green chilly (optional)
•1 tsp finely chopped onions
•1 tsp finely chopped carrots
•pinch of asafoetida (hing)
•1/2 tsp baking soda
•1/2 tsp lemon juice
•1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
•Salt as per taste
•Bread slices
•few drops of Oil for cooking

Directions
In a bowl, add yellow moong dal and soak it in water for around two hours. Next, add the soaked moong dal, water and green chillies in blend. Blend well. Take this mixture out in a bowl. Add carrot, onions, asafoetida( hing), baking soda, lemon juice, coriander and salt to the mix. Now take a bread slice and spread this mixture evenlyon the bread. On a non-stick tava, add few drops of oil and place the bread slice on. Cook both sides till it turns golden brown. Serve hot????
