41.? Ramayana’s Broccoli mix bean salad?

INGREDIENTS
•fresh broccoli floret 8-9
• 2 tsp onion
•2 tsp Carrot
•2 tsp Capsicum (red,yellow, green) (optional)
•2 tsp chopped Cabbage
•4 tsp Boiled beans
•2 tsp Cucumber
•2 tsp Tomato
•1 tsp hung curd ( condensed curd )
•2 tsp boiled corns

METHOD?
•Take a pan heat it add 2-3 drops of oil saute broccoli, ,carrot, tomato, onion, cabbage nd beans for 2-3 min in it nd off the flame now.
•ThenAdd all the other ingredients cucumber, boiled corns etc.
•Combine all ingredients.
•To prepare the dressing, mix the curd together until smooth ,add salt n pepper or oregano . Then Stir into the salad, let chill and serve.??

40. Ramayana’s Mushroom salsa salad ?

? For The Salsa ?
•2 tsp chopped tomatoes
•few drops of oil
•2 tsp boiled sweet corns
•8-9 pieces of mushroom
•2 tsp seasonal veggies.. carrot,olives,jalapeno etc.
•2 tsp chopped onion
• 2 tsp capsicum cubes (1 tsp red , 1 tsp yellow and 1 tsp green)
•1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika) (optional)
•salt to taste
•oregano (optional)
•lemon juice according to taste

? Method?
•Heat the few drops of oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the mushrooms and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
•Add the tomatoes , capsicum,chilli flakes,onion,sweet corns, and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally and Keep aside.
•Combine all the ingredients together in a deep bowl, add the salsa and toss well and add lemon juice according to taste.
•Serve immediately and enjoy??

39. Ramayana’s MOONG DAL CHAAT?

INGREDIENTS
●1 cup boiled moong dal
●Salt ( According to taste )
●Half tsp ginger ,garlic paste nd lemon juice
● 5-6 coriander leaves

For The Main Dish
●1 tsp chopped onion
●1 tsp chopped capsicum (green pepper)
●1 tsp chopped tomato
●1/4 carrot
●Few drops of oil

Method
first chop the onion, tomato, capsicum into bite-sized pieces. Also, peel and grate the carrots. Keep all the vegetables aside.
Put the moong dal in a pressure cooker with adequate amount of water and let it cook for 2 to 3 whistles. Check if it’s done and keep it in a bowl.
Now, put a pan on medium flame and heat some oil in it. Add the cooked moong dal, ginger and garlic paste, and salt in the pan. Saute this mix for a minute.
Also, add onions, tomato, and carrots into the pan and stir-fry for a minute.
When this mixture is cooked, switch off the heat and add lemon juice into it. Mix it well.
Finally, transfer the moong dal chaat into a serving dish and garnish with sev and coriander leaves before serving.

38.Ramayana’s Roasted Chivda nuts salad

Ingredients
•10 grams groundnuts
•15 grams (3 spoon) corn flakes regular
•Half bowl puffed rice
•Salt, green chillies( acc to taste)
•2-3 leaves of coriander
•As required curry leaves / kadi patta
•2 spoon chooped cucumber
•2 spoon chooped onion
•2 spoon chooped tomato
•2 spoon chooped carrot
•Few drops of oil
•red chilli powder,Acc to taste
•Half lemon (optional )

Method
•Add oil into kadai .
•put slitted Chillies,red chilli, Kadi Patta,salt and whole coriander.Add puffed rice ,nuts nd cornflakes ,roast them well
•Take large bowl And add cucumber,onion,carrot,tomato ( raw nd chopped) n mix roasted puffed rice in it
•Serve it immediately nd use can sprinkle lemon juice (optional )

37.Ramayana’s PANEER/ EGG AND CORN CHAAT ?

INGREDIENTS
• 30 gm paneer or 2 boiled egg white
• 2-3 chopped baby corn or 2 spoon boiled sweet corn
•2 spoon chopped onion
•2 spoon chopped tomato
°2-3 florets of broccoli
•green chilli (optional)
•1 curry leaves( optional)
•1 spoon lemon juice
•Pinch of cumin powder
•Pinch of mustard seeds
•Salt according to taste
•According to taste powdered black pepper
•2 spoon chopped capsicum (green pepper)

Method
•Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds and fry for a few seconds.
•Add the chopped onion and capsicum and fry till transparent.
•Add the tomato, broccoli, corn, eggs or paneer and mix well ..Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook for a minute.
•Then remove from heat and allow it to cool. Add the lime juice .
•Pour in a serving dish.
•Serve hot or cold with mint chutney or tamarind chutney(homemade )
