51. Ramayana’s Spicy Crunchy cornflakes

INGREDIENTS
•pinch of cumin seeds
•pinch of chilly powder
•pinch of coriander powder
•1 teaspoon lemon juice
•salt to taste
• Red powder chilly to taste
• few drops of oil
• roughly chopped curry leaves
• 1 bowl cornflakes
•1 tbsp of peanuts

Method
•In a pan pour few drops of oil add roughly chopped curry leaves, Then put pinch of cumin seeds,when seeds crackle add red powder chilly to taste ,pinch of powder coriander fry for a minute then put 1 tsp lemon juice n salt to taste
•Than add bowl cornflakes and peanuts and mix well and fry for 3-4 minutes
•cool and serve immediately ????

50. Ramayana’s Mixed Crunchy peanuts sprouts Poha ?

Ingredients
•2 tbsp beaten rice (poha)
•1tbsp boiled mixed sprouts
•Few drops of oil
•½ tsp mustard seeds
•1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
•1 teaspoon finely chopped tomato
•1/2 finely chopped green chilly (optional)
•Pinch of turmeric
•salt to taste
•1 tsp lemon juice
• chopped coriander leaves
•2 tsp of peanuts

Method
•Take Poha, sieve and wash it lightly.
•Drain and leave aside for 10 minutes.
•Heat the few drops of oil in a non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds.
•When the seeds crackle, add the onion,tomato sweet corn, turmeric and green chilli ( optional) and sauté on a medium flame for a few minutes or till the onion turn light brown in colour.
•Add the mixed sprouts and peanuts sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
•Add the salt,black pepper mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
•Add the beaten rice( poha) and lemon juice and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
•Serve hot garnished with coriander.??
•Optional – You can have tamarind sauce with it to enhance the flavour.?

49. Veg Upma bowl ?

Ingredients :

• few drops of oil
• pinch of mustard seeds
• pinch of cumin seeds
• 2-3 curry leaves
•1 tbsp chopped onion
•1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
•1 tbsp Chopped tomato
•1 tbsp boiled sweet corns
•1 tbsp peanuts
•half handful of peas n beans
•1 tbsp carrot
•1 green chilli chopped…optional
• Salt to taste
• pinch of turmeric powder
• 1 Cup water (acc to need)
• Bowl of suji

Method :-
•Heat oil in a pan.
•Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves
•Saute them for a while and add onion,capsicum, tomato, sweet corns .Mix thoroughly
•Add chopped carrot and beans along with peas, beans and green chilli. Mix well.
•Add salt and turmeric powder to taste and mix well.
•Slowly pour sooji and peanuts in the pan.
•Stir slowly, add water(according to your need ) cook on a medium flame. check if the water has evaporated.
•Upma is ready to eat ,serve hot.??

48. Ramayana’s Veg poha ?

Ingredients
● 1 small bowl Poha (Flattened rice)
● pinch of Mustard seeds
● pinch of Cumin seeds (Jeera)
● 2 sprig Curry leaves , roughly torn (optional)
● 1 teaspoon (each) Onion , capsicum ,tomato finely chopped and other seasonal veggies
● 1 Green Chilly finely chopped(optional)
● 1 teaspoon Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali)
●pinch of Turmeric powder (Haldi)
● Salt to taste
● 1 teaspoon Lemon juice (optional)
● Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , a small bunch finely chopped(optional)
● Few drops of Oil

Method
● To begin making the Mixed Vegetable Poha Recipe, heat few drops of Oil in a pan
● Heat few drops of oil in a kadai, add the mustard and cumin seeds; allow it to crackle. Add the curry leaves,onions,capsicum,tomato n other seasonal veggies (broccoli,mushroom,carrot etc) and saute until softened. Once they softened, sprinkle some salt,turmeric powder,chilly..acc to taste and allow it to cook
● Place the poha in a colander and rinse it well under running water. Stir the poha gently by using your fingers while rinsing, otherwise they will become mushy at the time of cooking. Once washed set aside the poha for 15 min.
● Stir to combine and finally add rinsed poha.
●Give the poha a gentle stir until all the ingredients come together. Turn the heat to low . Allow the mixed vegetable poha to cook in the steam along with the vegetables. This will take about 2 minutes.
● After 2 minutes, you will notice the poha has puffed up slightly. At this stage turn off the heat. Stir in the juice from half lemon and the coriander leaves n peanuts
● Serve the Mixed Vegetable Poha??

47.Ramayana’s PANEER JALFREZI?

Ingredients
•30gm homemade paneer diced in cubes
• Few drops of oil
• pinch of cumin seeds
•1 tsp onion thinly sliced
•1 garlic finely chopped
• pinch of kashmiri chilli powder (or mild paprika)
• pinch of coriander powder
• Pinch turmeric powder
• 1 medium green pepper thinly sliced(optional)
• 1 tsp small tomato sliced
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Fresh coriander for garnish

Method
•Heat few drops of oil in a heavy bottom sauce pan. Add cumin seeds and sizzle for 30 seconds. •Add the onions and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. As they begin to soften add the garlic paste and fry for a few seconds. •Add all the spice powders and stir for a further minute. If the spices stick to the base of the pan add a splash of water.
•Now add the peppers and mix with all the spices for 4-5 minutes. Add the tomato at this stage and cook until slightly softened.
•Now add the paneer cubes and stir well to coat with all the spices. Cook for a couple of minutes, season to taste.
•Add the lemon juice & garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot????
