27.Ramayana’s Tasty Bread upma with sizzilings ?

INGREDIENTS
•crushed 2 brown bread
•Homemade paneer(2-3 spoon )
•onion 2 teaspoon
•tomato 2 teaspoon
•according to taste red chilli powder
•pinch of turmeric powder
• according to taste salt
•chopped coriander leaves
• lemon juice 1 tbsp
•1 tbsp Boiled sweet corns ,olives
• few drops of oil
• Cumin seeds
• Olives
•pinch of oregano nd chilli flakes
Method
1.Heat the few drops of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle, add onion, tomato,homemade paneer, sweet corns,olives,turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and water. Mix well and cook on a medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring frequently.
2. Add the crushed bread, mix well so the spice mixture coats the bread pieces. Cook on a medium heat for 2 minute, while stirring frequently.
3.Turn the heat off. Add the lemon juice and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves .Serve hot????

26. Ramayana’s Paneer masala open toast?

? Ingredients?
•2 toasted brown bread slices
•20 gm crumbled homemade paneer
•Few drops of oil
•1 tsp finely chopped onion
• 1 tsp finely chopped tomato
• 1 tsp boiled sweet corns (optional)
•1 tsp finely chopped capsicum
•2-3 sp finely chopped mixed seasonal vegetables (cauliflower , cabbage , french beans and carrot)
• finely chopped green chilly( optional)
•Pinch of chilli powder (optional)
•pinch of garam masala
• chopped coriander leaves(dhania)
•salt to taste

Method
•Heat the few drops of oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onion and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
•Add the capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
•Add the mixed vegetables and green chilliy and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
•Add the chilli powder, garam masala, salt and water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 minute.
•Switch off the flame, add the paneer and mix well. Divide the topping into 2 equal portions.
•Place the toasted bread slices on a dry, clean surface and place a portion of the topping evenly over it and press it lightly n garnish it with coriander leaves.
•Serve immediately.??

25.Ramayana’s Bread chana masala chaat ?

Ingredients :
•Bread slices – 1-2
•Channa (white chana) – 4-5 spoon
•Onion – 2 tea spoon finely chopped
•Tomato- 2 tea spoon finely chopped
•Carrot-2 tea spoon finely chopped
•Coriander leaves -3-4 finely chopped
•Lemon juice – half spoon
•Salt n black pepper acc to taste
•One pinch of Chaat masala powder

Instructions :
•Heat a tawa or a skillet and toast the bread slices
•Cut the toasted bread slice into pieces.
?? Prepare Channa Masala
•Mix boiled white chana,onion,tomato n carrot n Channa masala powder,salt n black pepper ,mix them well..
•Drizzle lemon juice on top of the Channa masala.
•Garnish with coriander leaves and Mix chopped bread pieces
•Your bread chana Masala chaat is ready.
•serve it immediately?

24. Ramayana’s Yummy Hung curd toast ?

Ingredients :

•1 multigrain or brown bread
•1 spoon grated carrot or seasonal veg
•1 spoon tomato
• 1 spoon cucumber
•1 spoon onion
•1 tsp hung( condensed) curd

Method
Combine the hung( condensed) curd, grated carrot, onion, tomato Nd cucumber and mix it well in a bowl now take 1toasted bread and apply the mixture on toast,grill it, now toast is ready ..
Serve to eat. .??

23 . Bread Dhokla

23 . Bread Dhokla ?

Ingredients..

•2 Brown bread pieces(brown bread)
•1 green chilli choppped (optional)
•1 tsp grated ginger
•1/2 cup yogurt (curd)
•1 tsp mustard seeds
•1-2 curry leaves
•Salt to tast
•Oil(few drops)

Method .

•Mix yogurt (curd ), chopped green chillies,ginger n salt in a bowl
•Remove the edges of bread slice n cut the slice into 4 squares
•Spread the above made mixture on 1 square n place other square to form a sandwich.
•Heat few drops of oil in a frying pan n add mustard seeds n curry leaves to it.
•When the seeds splutter,place the sandwich in a pan n fry both sides
•Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
•Bread dhokla is ready to eat.
•Serve it hot with mint chutney (homemade)?
