13.Ramayana’s Curd Sandwich?

Ingredients
•2 slices of brown bread
•1 teasp tomato
•1 teasp boiled sweet corns
•1 teasp carrot
• 1 teasp cucumber
• 1 teasp onion slice
• salt and black pepper powder to taste
•condensed / hung curd 2 tsp

Method
Grated the onion, cucumber, tomato and caroot.
Then take a bowl and mix all the ingredients onion, carrot, cucumber, tomato, curd, sweet corn, salt and black pepper in it. Mix it well.
Apply a generous layer of the filling mixture on 1 bread slice and then place the another slice . Cut sandwich diagonally into 2 and serve immediately.??

?Ingredients ?
•2 brown bread slices
•1 tbsp chopped capsicum
•1/2 green chilli chopped(optional)
•chilli flakes as needed
•Yogurt or condensed curd 2 tbsp
•Salt to taste
•1tbsp boiled sweet corn

?Method ?
•Combined the chopped capsicum ,sweet corns, green chilli, yogurt , chilli flakes salt in a bowl and mix well.
•Then spread on the bread slices n grilled in a sandwich maker for till the sandwich get brown n crispy.
•serve immediately ???

Ingredients
• 1 tsp chopped tomato
•1 tsp grated cucumber
•1 tsp finelly chopped onion
•20 grms crushed paneer
•2 tsp boiled sweet corn
•black pepper to taste.
•salt according to taste

Method
•combine the chopped tomato, onion, grated cucumber, paneer nd sweet corns salt nd black pepper in a bowl and Mix well.
•Now take bread slice(brown bread) n spread the corn mixture.
•Cover with another bread n put into Sandwich maker n nd on non stick tawa. cook till both side gets brown

10. Ramayana’s FRESH CORN AND BHEL SANDWICH?

INGREDIENTS
•1 tablespoon boiled sweet corns
•1 tsp sev and roasted puffed rice
•1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
•1 tsp chopped cucumber
• pinch of chaat masala
•1/2 tsp green chutney (homemade)
•1 tsp chopped tomato
•1 tsp chopped onion
•salt to taste
•2 slices of brown bread

METHOD
•Wash and chop cucumber, coriander leaves, tomatoes, onions,sweet corn and Keep them aside in a deep bowl.
•add salt, sev, puffed rice, green chutney and chaat masala. Mix all the ingredients well.Now spread the mixture on one slice and cover it with another slice. place the sandwich in the pan and griller nd sandwich maker. turning sides till light golden.Serve hot????

9. Ramayana’s carrot paneer sandwich ?

INGREDIENTS
•2 bread slices..brown bread
•1 spoon grated carrots ( gajar )
•30 gm crumbled paneer (homemade paneer )
•1 spoon chooped tomato
• Pinch of cumin seeds ( jeera )
•Black pepper ( ground ) to taste
•2-3 chopped coriander leaves
•Few drops of oil
•Salt According to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Grate carrots. Finely chopped tomato.
Crumble or grate the paneer and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds.
When cumin seeds crackle, add chopped tomato.
Cook tomato for a couple of minutes till it becomes slightly mashed.
Add grated carrots and crumbled paneer along with salt.
Fry for a minute till it gets blended with the tomato.
Then add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Finally add black pepper powder and stir.
Remove from heat and keep this carrot and paneer filling aside.
Meanwhile toast the bread slices on a tava
Take a generous portion of the prepared carrot paneer filling and spread it on one side of a toasted bread slice.
Cover with another slice.
Carrot paneer sandwich is now ready?
