First 10 days…. Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take rose petals (12-15 leaves) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take coriander (½ spoon) water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd tripula juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits
*BREAKFAST*
*10:00 am*
14,15,16 august…..bowl of chickpea salad ( add max chopped salad )
17 august…..bowl of cucumber ka raita ( low salt) with bowl of salad
*MORNING MIDMEAL*
*AT 12:00PM*
Glass of cucumber juice
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
*LUNCH*
*AT 2:00pm*
14,15,16 august…….2 chapati (use ragi nd wheat) with veg n salad and bowl

17 august…..cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 suji rusk
*EVENING MEAL*

Infused water (add 1 chopped cucumber, some pieces of ginger, 2 basil leaves )

*At 5:30 pm*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted chana
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 7:00pm*

16 august……cup of milk ( no sugar) with 1 apple
17 august……bowl of cucumber ka raita (low salt) with bowl of salad
*AT 9:00 pm*
1 guava
