Need to follow strictly,timing can manage according to your comfort except ur dinner time
Early morning when u wake up at *8:00 am*
*(soaked overnight)*
First 10 days…. Take 2 garlic cloves with water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take ginger (½spoon)water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take cinnamon ( ¼spoon) water… 200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½spoon watermelon seeds nd tulsi drops (2 drops)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*BREAKFAST*
*10:30 am*
1 ½ mushroom grilled sandwich ( use 3 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 12:30 noon*
1 pear
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl with 1 piece of anjir

8 august…..bowl of custard milk ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
*AT 9:00 pm*
1 apple
Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
