Next 10 days….. Jeera (½ spoon) water…. 200 ml

Next 10 days…. Methi (½ spoon) water… 200 ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½spoon flax seeds nd Giloy juice (20ml) with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
