First 10 days…. Take Turmeric (¼spoon haldi) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take methi(½spoon ) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd tulsi drops (2 drops in water)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea with 2 digestive biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

2 suji cheela ( non sticky) with curd and bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

1 mosambi 

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:00pm*

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. curry without pakoda with boiled rice 

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:30 pm*

Cup of milk or milk tea with 2 marie biscuits 

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 6:30PM*

1 pear 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm to 8:00pm*

2 chapati (use 50% soya+50% wheat flour) with veg and salad bowl

or 

one day…. moong dal as veg

*AT 9:00 pm*

Bowl of mix salad 

*Triphla juice(20ml)before 10 min to bed*
