Next 10 days… Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio nd triphala juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*8:00 am*

10 august…..bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

11,12,13 august…..bowl of veg poha ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 10:00 noon*

coconut water with roasted chana

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch …..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 12:00pm*

11,12,13 august……2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:00pm*

11 august…..bowl of pomegranate salad ( add max chopped salad )

12,13 august….glass of papaya shake ( use 250ml milk) ( no sugar)

Organic Green tea before 30 min to bed
