*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga

13,14,15 august…….bowl of bread dhokla ( use 3 slice of brown bread) with bowl of salad
16 august…….bowl of cucumber ka raita ( low salt) with bowl of salad
