First 10 days…. Take ginger (½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… 2 black pepper with water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd triphala juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
glass of apple juice
*BREAKFAST*

13,14,15 august…..bowl of sprouts khichdi with bowl of salad
16 august….bowl of milk daliya ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 12:00 noon*
lemon water ( 2 spoon of gond kaira )
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

one day….mushroom as veg
16 august…..cup of milk ( no sugar) with 2 slice of brown bread
*EVENING TEA*
*At 5:00 pm*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 7:30pm*
13 august….. bowl of mushroom tikka with green chutney and bowl of salad
14,15 august…..bowl of milk cornflakes ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
16 august……bowl of milk daliya ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
