*13,14,15 july*

Need to follow strictly, timing can manage according to your comfort except ur dinner time

Early morning when u wake up at *7:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*
First 10 days…. Take ajwain (half spoon)with water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take methi (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd giloy juice (20ml with water)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*10:00 am*

13,14,15 july….. bowl of black chana  salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*At 12:30 noon*
lemon water

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*take apple cider vinegar for 15 days before lunch*

*AT 3:00pm*

2 chapati(jau 0r wheat) with veg and salad of bowl

One day….  pumpkin  as veg

*add apple cider vinegar 15 ml with water before lunch*

*At 5:00 pm*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with roasted chana

Water intake maximum

*AT 7:00pm to 7:30pm*

13,14july…..pomegranate salad (without salt)

15 july….bowl of milk muesli (no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*
1 pear

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
(2 time green tea in a day)….


* Do walk for 45 min. daily

* Send me ur weight every day

* if any medical issues then send your report on every sunday (eg. Diabetes)

* Weight must check on same machine nd on digital machine and on same timing every time(empty stomach)
