First 10 days…. take coriander (½Spoon) with water…200ml
Next 10 days… Take 2 garlic cloves water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take rose petals (12 to 15 leaves) with water… 200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond n half spoon roasted flax seeds nd tulsi drops (2 drops) with lukewarm water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*Don’t miss your chia seeds and green tea during outdoor*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

lemon water ( no sugar, no salt)
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

14 august…..cup of milk ( no sugar) with 3 suji rusk
15,16,17 august……2 chapati ( use oats & wheat flour ) with veg nd salad bowl

One day….. moong dal as veg
*EVENING TEA*
*At 5:30 pm*
Cup of milk tea or green tea (use elaichi in milk tea) with ½ handful of peanuts
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 8:30pm*

17 august…..glass of papaya shake ( use 300ml milk) ( no sugar)
