*Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time*

*SUGAR AND BUTTER NOT ALLOWED*

Early morning when u wake up at *4:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take coriander (¬Ĺspoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¬ľspoon) water……200ml

Next 10 days… Take mint leaves (¬Ĺspoon paste) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 pistachio¬† nd triphala juice (20ml ) with water¬†

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*MORNING TEA*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats  biscuits

*EARLY MORNING*

1 apple

*BREAKFAST*

*9:30 am*

1 curd sandwich (2 slice of brown bread) nd salad bowl 

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:30 noon*

bowl of jamun

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

2 chapati (use jau & wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …. mushroom as veg

*EVENING MID MEAL*

*At 5:00 pm*

coconut water

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm to 8:00pm*

17 july…. bowl of makhana kheer¬† (no sugar) add max chopped fruits¬†

18,19 july….. bowl of quinoa felhari (low salt) with salad bowl¬†

Organic Green tea(prefer chamomile tea) before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
