?? *Need to follow strictly, timing can be managed according to your comfort but except your dinner time*

Early morning when u wake up at *7:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 15 days…. Take almond oil(2dros) water… 200ml

Next 15 days… Take jeera(¬ľspoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd roasted ¬Ĺspoon sunflower seeds

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

30 min. walk daily n yoga


Cup of milk or milk tea with 2 marie biscuit 


*10:00 am*

2 jau kneaded chapati ( use onion and any green veg ) with curd and salad of bowl 

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*


*At 11:30 noon*

.1 apple


*AT 2:00pm*

2 chapati with veg nd curd nd salad bowl


One day ….. pumpkin as veg

One day…mushroom as veg

one day….green beans veggies as veg¬†


*At 4:00 pm*

 Cup of milk tea with half handful of peanuts 


*AT 6:00PM*

bowl of broccoli salad 

Water intake maximum


*AT 8:00pm*

23,24¬† july…..2 bowl of yellow dal with 1 chapati and salad bowl¬†

25 july….. bowl of veg poha (add max chopped veggies)with salad bowl¬†

*AT 9:30 pm*

1 apple  

Finish your meals atleast 2 hours before going bed



* Do walk for 45 min. daily

* Send me ur weight every day

* if any medical issues then send your report on every sunday (eg. Diabetes)

* Weight must check on same machine nd on digital machine and on same timing every time(empty stomach)
