Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd tulsi drops (2 drops)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

29,30,31 july…. paneer/egg corn chaat (80gms paneer/2 egg white)

1 august….. bowl of pomegranate salad ( without salt)

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 11:00 noon*

cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

29,30,31 july…..2 chapati (use soya nd wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

one day…… spinach as veg¬†

1 august…. bowl of curd mix fruits (no salt)

*EVENING MEAL*

infused water ( 2-3 plum, cinamon, coriander leaves)

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk or milk tea or green tea (use elaichi in milk) with handful of roasted makhana  

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

29,30 july…. bowl of veg upma ( add max chopped veggies) with salad of bowl

31 july…. bowl of apple mango porridge (no sugar)

1 august…. glass of apple shake (250ml milk) ( no sugar)

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

Prefer chamomile green tea for better results

(2 time green tea in a day)….
