Early morning when u wake up at *5:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take Turmeric (haldi ¼spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd tulsi drops(2drops in water)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*9:30 am*

29,30,31 july….bowl of sprouts khichdi with salad of bowl

1 august…. bowl of cucumber ka raita (low salt)

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

infused water ( chopped cucumber, some pieces of ginger, mint leaves)

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

One day ….. mushroom as veg 

1 august… 2 slice of brown bread with veg and salad of bowl

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk or green tea (use elaichi in milk) with handful of roasted puffed rice 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

29,30 july….saute idli (use 2-3 pieces of idli) with salad of bowl 

31 july…. bowl of makhana kheer (no sugar) add max chopped fruits 

1 august…. bowl of cucumber ka raita (low salt )  

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple 

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
