First 10 days…. Take ajwain (½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take rose petals (12-15 leaves) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take coriander (½ spoon) water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd ½ spoon flax seeds nd tripula juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
glass of white petha juice
*BREAKFAST*

23 july… bowl of ragi kheer (no sugar) add max chopped fruits
24,25,26 july…. bowl of chickpea salad
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
*LUNCH*
*AT 1:30pm*
23 july… cup of milk (no sugar) 2 slice of brown bread
24,25,26 july….2 chapati(use oats and wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

One day ….. curry without pakoda as veg
*EVENING MEAL*
*AT 3:30PM*

*EVENING TEA*
*At 5:30 pm*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with handful of roasted chana
Water intake maximum
*DINNER*
*AT 7:00pm*
