First 10 days…. Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take ajwain (half spoon) water….200ml

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnuts nd triphala juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits
*BREAKFAST*

5,6,7 august…. 1 quick veggie sandwich ( 2 slice of brown bread ) with bowl of salad
8 august…. glass of banana shake ( no sugar) ( use 1 banana with 250ml milk)
Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 digestive biscuits
*AT 9:00 pm*

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed
