Early morning when u wake up at *6:00 am*

*(soaked overnight)*

First 10 days…. Take 2 garlic cloves water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd triphala juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

5,6,7 august…. bowl of veg poha ( add max chopped veggies) with bowl of salad

8 august… bowl of curd mix salad (low salt) add max chopped salad

*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:30 noon

coconut water with handful of roasted chana

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..anytime…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 2:30pm*

5,6,7 august…..2 chapati (use oats & wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day ….. pumpkin as veg

8 august….cup of milk (no sugar) with 3 suji rusk

*EVENING TEA*

*At 4:30 pm*

Cup of milk or milk tea or green tea (use elaichi in milk) with handful of roasted makhana 

*EVENING MEAL*

*AT 5:30PM*

1 pear

Water intake maximum

*1½ spoon isabgol with lukewarm*

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm to 8:00pm*

5 august….bowl of chicken soup (low salt) with bowl of salad

6,7 august….bowl of makhana kheer ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

8 august…. bowl of curd mix salad( low salt) add max chopped salad

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 guava 

Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
