Early morning when u wake up at *5:00* am

(soaked overnight)

First 10 days…. Take mint leaves(½spoon paste) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take jeera(½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

*EARLY MORNING*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 digestive biscuits

*MORNING MEAL*

*At 8:00am*

1 pear

*BREAKFAST*

*10:00 am*

5,6,7 august… bowl of sprouts khichdi with bowl of salad

8 august…..bowl of milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

*At 12:00 noon*

coconut water with handful of roasted chana

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

*LUNCH*

*AT 1:30pm*

5,6,7 august…..2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl

Or

One day …..moong dal as veg

8 august….2 slice of brown bread with veg and bowl of salad

*EVENING TEA*

*At 5:00 pm*

Cup of milk tea or green tea with  ½ handful of peanuts 

Water intake maximum

*DINNER*

*AT 7:30pm*

5,6 august… bowl of broccoli mix bean salad

7 august…. bowl of murmura  bhel ( add max chopped salad) with bowl of salad

8 august…..bowl of milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits

*AT 9:00 pm*

1 apple

Organic Green tea before 10 min to bed

(2 time green tea in a day)….
