53. Ramayana’s Broccoli and spinach suji pasta?

Ingredients
•1 small bowl Boiled suji pasta shells
•4-5 Broccoli floret(boiled)
•1 tbsp Chopped spinach
•1 tsp Green onion
•1 Tbsp Parsley (chopped)
•1 tsp olives (chopped)
•1 tbsp tomato
•1 tbsp carrot
• 1tbsp capsicum

Steps
•Boil pasta for 10 min. Drain and let cool. And Boil broccoli for 5 min than Drain it and let it cool.
•Chop all veggies .
•Take a pan add 2-3 drops of oil then saute all the vegetables green onion,tomato, capsicum, carrot in a pan and add salt ,oregano ,chilli flakes ,black pepper according to your taste and saute for 2-3 minutes.
• Add broccoli nd pasta in it and switch off the flame.
•serve the delicious pasta .??

52. Ramayana’s Oats Poha salad ?

Ingredients
•1 tbsp oats flakes
•1 tbsp beaten rice (poha)
•1 tsp chopped tomato
•1 tsp chopped cucumber
•1 tsp boiled sweet corn
•1 tsp chopped coriander
•1 tsp finely chopped onion
•1 tsp lemon juice
•salt to taste
•1 tsp finely chopped mint leaves
• chopped green chilly( optional)
•a pinch of turmeric powder
•a pinch of asafoetida(hing)

Method
Combine the oats, beaten rice in a deep non-stick pan, dry roast on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes or till they turn crisp.allow the mixture to cool completely and transfer it into a deep bowl.add tomato,cucumber, sweet corns, coriander, onion ,lemon juice , mint leaves, green chilly ( optional) nd Hing
and add salt to tast mix well. Serve immediately??

51. Ramayana’s Spicy Crunchy cornflakes

INGREDIENTS
•pinch of cumin seeds
•pinch of chilly powder
•pinch of coriander powder
•1 teaspoon lemon juice
•salt to taste
• Red powder chilly to taste
• few drops of oil
• roughly chopped curry leaves
• 1 bowl cornflakes
•1 tbsp of peanuts

Method
•In a pan pour few drops of oil add roughly chopped curry leaves, Then put pinch of cumin seeds,when seeds crackle add red powder chilly to taste ,pinch of powder coriander fry for a minute then put 1 tsp lemon juice n salt to taste
•Than add bowl cornflakes and peanuts and mix well and fry for 3-4 minutes
•cool and serve immediately ????

50. Ramayana’s Mixed Crunchy peanuts sprouts Poha ?

Ingredients
•2 tbsp beaten rice (poha)
•1tbsp boiled mixed sprouts
•Few drops of oil
•½ tsp mustard seeds
•1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
•1 teaspoon finely chopped tomato
•1/2 finely chopped green chilly (optional)
•Pinch of turmeric
•salt to taste
•1 tsp lemon juice
• chopped coriander leaves
•2 tsp of peanuts

Method
•Take Poha, sieve and wash it lightly.
•Drain and leave aside for 10 minutes.
•Heat the few drops of oil in a non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds.
•When the seeds crackle, add the onion,tomato sweet corn, turmeric and green chilli ( optional) and sauté on a medium flame for a few minutes or till the onion turn light brown in colour.
•Add the mixed sprouts and peanuts sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
•Add the salt,black pepper mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
•Add the beaten rice( poha) and lemon juice and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
•Serve hot garnished with coriander.??
•Optional – You can have tamarind sauce with it to enhance the flavour.?

49. Veg Upma bowl

49. Veg Upma bowl ?

Ingredients :

• few drops of oil
• pinch of mustard seeds
• pinch of cumin seeds
• 2-3 curry leaves
•1 tbsp chopped onion
•1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
•1 tbsp Chopped tomato
•1 tbsp boiled sweet corns
•1 tbsp peanuts
•half handful of peas n beans
•1 tbsp carrot
•1 green chilli chopped…optional
• Salt to taste
• pinch of turmeric powder
• 1 Cup water (acc to need)
• Bowl of suji

Method :-
•Heat oil in a pan.
•Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves
•Saute them for a while and add onion,capsicum, tomato, sweet corns .Mix thoroughly
•Add chopped carrot and beans along with peas, beans and green chilli. Mix well.
•Add salt and turmeric powder to taste and mix well.
•Slowly pour sooji and peanuts in the pan.
•Stir slowly, add water(according to your need ) cook on a medium flame. check if the water has evaporated.
•Upma is ready to eat ,serve hot.??
