100 . RABRI Apple (for fast also)

● Rabri made in the traditional way where the milk is simmered on a low flame for a long time to thicken and get the desired texture. This delicacy can be a good option for the fast.

Ingredient
•Apples 2 medium (300 g) •Milk 1 bowl
•Green cardamom powder ¼ •teaspoon Almonds blanched nd sliced- 5 g

Preparation
Pour milk in a broad vessel and bring to boil. Simmer till reduced to half the original quantity.
Peel and grate 11/2 apples.
Add the grated apples to reduced milk and mix.
Cook for three to four minutes. Add cardamom powder, almonds, and sugar free.
Pour into a serving dish.  Thinly slice the remaining apple.  Arrange the slices all around the dish.
Serve hot or cold.

102. Ramayana’s special HOME MADE DIET MIXTURE (SALTED) for TEA TIME

INGREDIENTS :-
* Puffed rice(Murmure) – 3 cup
* Cornflakes -1/4 cup
* Poha/ Chivda/rice flake -1/4 cup
* Peanuts – 1/4 cup
*Lotus seeds – 1/4 cup
* Curry leaves – 12 to 15 leaves

FOR TEMPERING:-
* Cooking oil -1 tbsp
* Turmeric powder – less than 1/4 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
* Cashew nut, raisins and almond – as needed

METHOD:-
1. No need to microwave Kellogg’s corn flakes due to its crispiness, otherwise normal corn flexes you will have to microwave for 1 minutes on high power. Spread 3/4 cup of cornflakes on the turntable and microwave it. Please keep an eye that it is not getting burnt.
2. you can also roast in heavy pan or kadahi for 30 seconds on low flame and check it becomes crispy
3. Remove and proceed the same for puffed rice or murmure, puffed lotus seeds and peanuts one by one.
4. keep it in wide plate or bowl and let it cool down
5. Keep murmure on turn table and microwave it for 1minutes 30 seconds. Take out and mix it along with cornflakes
6. Then spread peanut and microwave it for 2 minutes 30 seconds
7. Heat oil in pan and switch off flame.
8. Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, chaat masala in heated oil. Now mix everything very well in this species
9. Now DIET MIXTURE is ready for tea time . ENJOY

NOTE:-
* Times varies based on the microwave and different ingredients, so you adjust your time according microwave and ingredients. i have given just an idea that i used.
* When you microwave, make sure everything comes out crispy. Otherwise the whole mixture will become soggy in a day or two.
* Check for taste. Store in a airtight container. It stays crispy for more than a week

Ingredients:

•200ml glass milk
•4 almond
•2 saffron leaves
•1 green cardamom
•ice as required

Method

•Soak badam for 6-7 hours.
•Dip kesar in warm milk.
•Now blend badam, kesar add milk in a mixer.
•Add Grind elaichi(fine powdered ) in a milk.
•Pour it in the glass along with some crushed ice.
•Serve it chilled.

176. Ramayana’s Pizza Roll

Ingredients
1. 2 Garlic cloves
2. ½ Green chilli
3. 2tsp chopped onion
4. 2tsp capsicum
5.red pepper to taste
6. 2 tsp corns
7. Salt to taste
8. 1tsp Coriander leaves
9. Oregano and chilli flakes
10. 1 tortilla ( wheat roti)

Instructions
1.In a pan add some drops of oil, crushed garlic nd green chilli.
2. After 2-3 minutes, add chopped onion, capsicum nd red pepper.
3. Stir it until golden brown.
4. Now add corns
5.Stir all the ingredients thoroughly nd add salt to taste
6. Now, add freshly chopped coriander leaves nd blend all the ingredients a little.. Make it smooth.
7. Add Oregano, chilly flakes nd green chutney according to taste
8. Take wheat roti nd add pizza mixture on it and wrap it up.

2-3 drops of ghee
▢½ cup Suji vermicelli
▢2 cup milk
▢¼ tsp kesar / saffron
▢½ tsp custard powder (vanilla flavour)
▢½ cup milk
▢2 tbsp pomegranate
▢5 grapes (chopped)
▢2 tbsp mango (chopped)
▢2 tbsp apple (chopped)
▢2 tbsp nuts (chopped)
▢½ sp chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
firstly, in a pan heat ghee and roast vermicelli.
roast on low flame until the semiya turns golden brown. keep aside.
in a large kadai, heat milk and ¼ tsp kesar.
stir well and get the milk to a boil.
add in roasted semiya and give a good mix.
boil for 7 minutes or until semiya gets cooked completely.
in a small bowl take custard powder and ½ cup milk.
mix well making sure there are no lumps.
pour in custard slurry and stir continuously.
cook until the milk thickens and turns creamy.
transfer the custard semiya into a large bowl.
cool completely, and refrigerated for 2 hours.
for serving, take a tall glass, and add ½ sp chia seeds. to prepare chia seeds, soak chia seeds in enough water for 15 minutes or until it swells.
add chilled vermicelli custard.
now top with 2 tbsp pomegranate, 5 grapes, 2 tbsp mango and 2 tbsp apple.
further, pour in ¼ cup chilled vermicelli custard.
top with some nuts and enjoy vermicelli Falooda.
