*RAMAYANA’S High Protein Oats *

INGREDIENTS
▢ oats
▢chia seeds
▢curd
▢milk
▢ sprouts
▢ carrot
▢cucumber etc
▢curry leaves
▢peanuts
▢mustard seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
take a bowl….add oats chia seeds curd milk soaked overnight
add sprouts, carrot, cucumber etc…

TEMPRING
add curry leaves, peanuts, mustard seeds

Ramayana’s special thandai

Ramayana’s Special ठंडाई
Ingredients:-
* cashew
* almonds
* pistachios
* black pepper
* fennel seeds
* poppy seeds
* melon seeds
* cardamom
* cinnamon stick
* nutmeg
* safforn rose petals

METHOD
– Take a bowl add cashew, almonds, pistachios, black pepper, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, melon seeds, cardamom ,cinnamon stick, nutmeg, safforn , rose petals.
-Add some water soak for 15 mins.
-put into Grinding jar nd grind it.
-boil milk put into Grinding jar, add thandai paste, add ice cubes nd blend it
-Top it with some kesar & rose petals

Sweet corn appe

Sweet Corns Appe Recipe
*Ingredients *
▢ sweet corn
▢garlic
▢1 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
▢onion
▢coriander leaves
▢ besan
▢ rice flour

Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Once the oil is hot, add sweet corn nd grind it in jar.
Add green chilli, garlic, onion, coriander leaves.
Add jeera, turmeric, red chilli, some salt.
Add besan nd rice flour nd mix it well.
Take appa maker and let the appe cook until nicely browned from the bottom.
Flip and cook from other side as well. Remove from pan and serve hot.

Ingredients for chutney
▢ Take mixer
add red chilli, garlic, tomato, mint+ coriander leaves nd blend it

Makhana Aloo tikki

Navratra Special Makhana Aloo Tikki
Ingredients:-
*1 cup roasted makhana
* Green chilli & Ginger
* boiled potato
* carrot
* cucumber
* roasted peanut powder
* fresh coriander
* sendha namak to taste, cumin powder
* amchur powder
* roasted amaranth flour

Method
.○ all the ingredients mix in it then shape it like a tikki
.○ put some ghee nd cook into both sides
.○ Makhana Aloo tikki is ready nd enjoy !

Sabudana sandwich

Navratra Special Sabudana Sandwich
Ingredients:-
* Sabudana
* Green chilli & Ginger
* coriander leaves
* roasted peanuts
* tomato
* paneer
* boiled potato
* sendha Namak
* Black pepper

Method
.○ crush the boiled Potatoes, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, sendha namak, peanut powder
○ add sabudana
○ take toaster all the indegrients put on it
○ add paneer nd tomato nd cover into both side
○ add some ghee nd cook
○ nd sandwich is ready
