Early morning when u wake up at 7:00 am

(soaked overnight)
First 10 days…. Take mint leaves (12-15 leaves)water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take coriander (½spoon)water… 200ml
Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (30 ml in water)

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min. walk daily n yoga

BREAKFAST

2 chapati with veg nd salad bowl
Or
One day ….. Soyabean as veg

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

AFTERNOON MIDMEAL

guava banana oats smoothie

. RAMAYANA’S GUAVA OATS BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup milk
• 1 Chopped guava
• ½ ripe banana, peeled and sliced
•Honey – only tip of the spoon

Instructions
1. Pulse the oats and milk together in a blender for one minute, or until the oats are fine.
Allow the milk to hydrate theoats for an additional minute.

2. Add guava and 1 ripe banana in the blender.
Blend everything together until smooth, about a minute.

3. Taste the smoothie. If it’s too tart for you, add more milk.

4. Blend for another 1-2 minutes, or until very smooth.

5. Pour into large smoothie glass and garnish with honey. . ???
