59. Ramayana’s Crunchy rice tikki ?

Ingredients
°1/4 kaddu(summer squash)
° 2 teaspoon powdered rice
° 1/2boiled potato
° 1/4 chopped tomato, capsicum, onion
° 1crushed brown bread powder

Method
°Take a bowl and mix all ingredients in it except crushed brown bread powder
°Mix salt, redchilly, masala, black pepper according to your taste
°Take a little amount of material in your hand give it a tikki shape (⚪)
°Then sprinkle crushed brown bread powder on it
°Heat the non sticky pan apply 2 drops of oil pla e tikki on it
°cook it till it gets brown from both sides
°serve it hot with green mint chutney ?

58. Ramayana’s Murmura khichdi?

Ingredients
•3 tbsp Puffed rice (murmura) (30-35 gm) (non salty….fulia)
•Chopped Onion 1 tbsp
•Chopped Tomato 1 tbsp
•Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
•one tbsp boiled sweet corns
• 1 tbsp saute broccoli (optional)
•one tbsp chopped Carrot
•Half green chili..optional
•Salt to taste

Method
•Take puffed rice in large bowl
•Then add chopped tomatoes ,onion or seasonal veggies broccoli,carrot etc
•Then add all the dry masala including salt,sweet corns and mix well
•Then add lemon juice and then mix well.
•Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.??

57. Ramayana’s Nutritious Sprouts khichdi??

Ingredients
•1/2 cup mixed sprouts (moong, chana, chawli, etc.)
• 2 tsp rice, soaked and drained
• drops of oil
• 1/4 tsp cumin (jeera) seeds
• A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
• 1 tsp onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• Water as required

Method

• Heat the drops of oil in a pressure cooker and add the cumin seeds.
• When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and garlic paste and cook on a medium flame for a few seconds
•Add the onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
•Add the rice and mixed sprouts
and cook for 30 seconds.
•Add 1 cup of water and salt, mix well and pressure cook for 3 whistles .
•Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid Coarsely mash the khichdi using the back of a spoon.
•serve it hot .

Ingredients
• 2 tbsp Broken wheat (Dalia)
•Few drops of oil
•1tbsp of oats
•Half cup of milk
•1/4 cup of water
•1/4 apple chopped
•1/4 mango (chopped)
•1 crushed almond

Method
•Begin with lightly washing the broken wheat(Dalia)and draining the remaining water.
•On a medium flame, heat few drops of oil in a pressure cooker along with broken wheat(Dalia) and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
•Then add oats to the cooker and sauté for another couple of minutes.
•Add milk and a cup half of water to the pressure cooker and cook for one whistles.
• Let the steam escape before you take off the lid.Cool at room temprature
•Refrigerate it for a while.
•Add chopped apple ? and mango ? to it and serve cold . Decorate with the crushed almond

Ingredients
●Peeled and cubed mango and apple : 1/4(each)
●Oats : 2-3 tbsp
●Milk : 1 cup
●A pinch of cinnamon powder ( Optional )
•1 apricot , 1almond , 1cashew

Method
●Bring the milk to boil and add the oats .Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally then add the cinnamon powder.
● Turn off the flame, refrigerate it or cool at room temprature and Combine well
●Garnish with mango and apple cubes and sliced nuts and serve immediately.??
