5. Ramayana’s Bhel Sandwich?

?Ingredients?

•1 tbspoon puffed rice
•1/4 chopped onion
•1/4 chopped cucumber
•1/4 tsp green chutney (homemade)
•2-3 sp curd
•1/2 tsp lemon juice
•chopped coriander leaves
• 2 Brown bread slices

?Method ?

•Combine puffed rice, chopped onion, chopped cucumber ,chutney , curd , lemon juice, coriander leaves in a bowl and mix everything well.
•Take one bread slice and spread the mixture on it and cover it with another slice of bread.
•Heat the sandwich maker and cook till both side become brown.
•Serve hot….??

INGREDIENTS
•2 bread slices(brown bread)
•1 spoon grated carrot
•1 teaspoon chopped capsicum
•1 teaspoon chopped tomato
•1 teaspoon chopped onion
•1 teaspoon chopped cucumber
•1 teaspoon sweetcorns (optional)
•1 tbsp hung curd (condensed dahi)
•salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

Method.
•put onion,capsicum,Grated carrot,tomato,cucumber in a bowl.Mix with fresh condensed curd.Put salt and pepper.Spread this mixture on bread Nd cover by another bread, grill the bread in sandwich maker or on non stick tawa.
•Serve hot with green chutney( optional) ??

Ingredients:–

•1 tbsp cucumber grated
•1 tbspn onion, finely chopped
•50 gm paneer homemade
•1 tbsp boiled sweet corn
•2 slices of multigrain / brown bread
•Salt to taste
•Black pepper powder to taste

Method:-

•Take two slices of bread and cut their sides.
•Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
•Take the mixture and spread it on one slice of bread.
•Cover it with another slice of bread.
•Cut the sandwich in triangles.
•Serve

3.Turkey’s Cool sandwich ?

Ingredients:–

•1 tbsp cucumber grated
•1 tbspn onion, finely chopped
•50 gm paneer homemade
•1 tbsp boiled sweet corn
•2 slices of brown bread
•Salt to taste
•Black pepper powder to taste
• crushed corinder leaves for garnish

Method:-

•Take two slices of bread and cut their sides.
•Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves.
•Take the mixture and spread it on one slice of bread.
•Cover it with another slice of bread.
•Cut the sandwich in triangles.
•Serve immediately.

2. Ramayana’s Scorched Veg sandwich ??? ?

*Ingredients :

•Few drops of oil
•chopped vegetables ( capsicum,onion,tomato
carrot and other seasonal veggies(each 1 tablespoon )
• 1 tbspoon cucumber for garnish
•1 chopped green chilli(optional)
•Very less salt
•freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
•15-20 chopped coriander (dhania)leaves
•2 slices of bread

Method:-

Heat few drops of oil in a nonstick pan, add the vegetables and sauté until water has evaporated and vegetables become dry. Add the green chilli,salt and black pepper, mix well and sauté till the vegetables are coated well and the mixture is cooked. Remove from the flame, add the coriander,, cucumber mix well and keep aside. Spread the vegetables mixture on one slice and cover with the other slice and grill using a sandwich maker. Serve hot. ??
