154. Ramayana’s SATTU SHARBAT (NAMKEEN)

INGREDIENTS

▪️1/2 tablespoons Roasted Gram Flour (Sattu Ka powder)

▪️4 Mint Leaves (Pudina), finely chopped

▪️2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, finely chopped 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped

▪️1 tablespoon Lemon juice

▪️1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)

▪️1/2 teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)

▪️1 glass Chilled water.

Salt to taste

METHOD

In a bowl, add the sattu flour. To this, add rest of the ingredients including pudina leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and mix well after adding cold or chilled water.

Stir until the drink is uniform and without any lumps. You can do this with a spoon or use a handheld buttermilk churner/ whisk

Pour it into the tall glasses and serve.

ingredients
°2-3 spoon of jaggery
°1 bowl wheat flour
° 2 teaspoon baking soda
°2 teaspoon baking powder
°2 Pinch cinnamon powder
° water as required
° dry fruits …almond.,cashews, raisin etc

method
take a bowl add jaggery add olive oil.. mix it with curd… take a other bowl nd add wheat flour…in flour add cinnamon nd baking soda, baking powder.
now add both in one large bowl nd whisk it properly nd make a smooth batter
At last add all dry fruits… and bake it on 180 degree for 40 min in oven

It’s ready for consuming ??

elachi powder
curd
basil seeds ( soaked it for 30 min)

method
blend all the ingredients in the blender until smoothie. nd serve it cold with elachi powder ….?

ingredients
1 teaspoon oil
1chopped tomato
roasted jeera
elachi
small piece of ginger
low salt
2 pinch of red pepper ?
soaked almonds
curd
Paneer 50 -60 gm
water

method
take a pan. add 1 tblspoon oil nd add all the basic ingredients in the pan… like jeera ,tomato, elachi, small pieces of ginger nd salt, 2 pinch of red pepper ? , 2 almond etc… and saute it properly….
after going saute… put the material in other bowl.
nd blend it in the mixer until smooth…
after making it smooth
again saute it …( don’t use oil) in the pan and add Paneer pieces…
and put in other bowl…

Garnish with 2 spoon of curd nd some leaves of coriander on this veg nd serve it hot…. ?

ingredients
1 teaspoon oil
°1 cucumber
° 1 tomato
°1 teaspoon dried coconut
°handful of makhana
°pinch of black pepper
°salt as your taste

method
take a pan nd add oil in pan add peanuts, dried chopped coconut,pinch of black pepper nd salt… in the last put handful of roasted makhana in the pan nd then put it in the bowl then mix chopped tomatoes nd cucumber . SERVE IT ?
