*Quinoa and Ragi Kabab *

Ingredients

Quinoa-1 Cup
Water 2-Cup
Mix Veggies-1 Cup (Carrot,Peas Broccoli)Boiled
Palak-1 Cup Cut Finely
Onion- half
Chat Masala ( according to taste)
Gram Masala-1/4tsp
Green Chili-1
Coriander Leaves
Ragi flour -3 tsp
Salt To Taste
Oil ( 2-3 drops)

Method

Heat 2cup Water.when Boiled Add Quinoa When Half Done Add Palak.

Drain in colander and grind quinoa and palak in a grinder.

Add Veggies And All Other Ingredients Mix Well .Make Balls And Desired Shape

Heat Nonstick Tawa Apply Oil.roast Kabab From Both Sides

Enjoy With Chutney

Add millet (1 cup)
Add chana dal (½ cup)
Add (1 tbsp) urad dal
Add (¼ cup) toor dal
Soak in water for 6-8 hrs
Grind it
1 Gratted carrot
(1 tbsp) ginger nd green chilli
(1 cup) zucchini
(1 tsp) turmeric powder
(1 tsp) red chilli powder
Salt to taste
(½ cup) coriander leaves, finely chopped for tempering
Oil
Mustard seeds
Sesame seeds
Curry leaves
Spread the batter
Flip, look at that crisp nd enjoy !

Ramayana’s Soya chunks vegetable pancakes
Take (1 bowl) soya chunks
Ginger, garlic cloves, green chillies, curd
All the ingredients blend into a mixer
Add onion, carrot, capsicum nd cabbage
Add (2 tbsp) besan + 2 (tbsp) suji
Add red chilli, salt, black pepper, turmeric, gram masala according to taste
Mix it well
Take a pan, greese in oil
Whatever material you have prepared, spread it well.
nd shape it’s like tikki
cook from both sides
nd enjoy with green chutney

Take Cabbage Green/Purple
Add 1 chopped Onion
Add spring Onion
Add max chopped seasonal veggies
Add Paneer
Add salt, black salt,
Take a pan, nd ghee in it
Take Rice paper nd fill it with veggies
nd cover into rice paper
nd cook both sides
Take soya sauce, vinager, chilli oil, garlic, lemon, sesame seeds
nd it’s ready nd enjoy😋

Take cup (2 cup)
Take oats (½cup)
Grind into a mixer
Take water (2 cup)
Pinch of salt
Take (1 tbsp) ghee, oil
2 cup oats, poha mix flour
Take a bowl nd put in it
Need the material nd make the balls
nd steam it for 5-10 mins
Take (1 tbsp) ghee, oil
Take (½ tsp) mustard seeds
Take (½ tsp) sesame seeds
2 chopped green chilli
(¼ tsp) turmeric powder
Pinch of salt
(1 tbsp) coconut powder
nd it’s ready👍
