Ingredients
•Oats – 1 tsp
•suji -1 tsp
•1/4 cup Finely Chopped Spinach or any other greens
•chopped Onion
•Chopped Green Chili
•Chopped Cilantro
•Pinch Red chili powder
•Pinch(optional) Turmeric powder
•Pinch Garam Masala
* Water as required
•Drops of needed Oil  – for roasting

Method

•Mix the oats, suji , chopped spinach, onion, green chili, cilantro, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala in a bowl.
•Add water gradually while mixing till it forms a thick batter.
•Heat a griddle or dosa pan. Smear some oil on the pan and pour a ladle full of batter.
•Spread the batter evenly.
•Let it cook for couple of minute.
* close with a lid to cook it faster.
•Flip and cook the other side also.
•Chillas will become slightly crisp with a few brown spots.
•Remove it using a spatula and serve hot.

Homemade hair oil

Homemade hair oil
1. Aloe vera
2. Coconut oil
3. Neem
4. Karhi patta
5. Onion juice or onion
6.Garlic
7.methi dana

Method
Blend all the ingredients and boil or heat them in required coconut oil then after cooling add mashed Aloevera and add 2 vitamin E capsule in the material.
Sieve the mashed material
And use this oil twice in a week

RAMAYANA’S CARROT AND MOONG DAL CHAAT
½ cup moong dal
▢2 carrot (grated)
▢few chopped coriander leaves (chopped)
▢1 green chilli (chopped (optional))
▢2 spoon pomegranate seeds
▢½ tbsp lime juice
▢salt to taste

for tempering:
▢½ tsp mustard seeds
▢1 tsp urad dal
▢a pinch of asafoetida / hing
▢5-6 curry leaves
▢1 tsp oil

INSTRUCTIONS
firstly, soak moong dal for half an hour to one hour and boil the moong dal. Moong dal should not be bery soft.
In a pan add moong dal, chilli and grated carrot… Saute it together

furthermore, add coriander leaves.

just before serving, add salt,black pepper nd red pepper and lemon juice and mix well

furthermore, in a small pan heat oil and crackle mustard seeds and add urad dal and roast until it turns red. add curry leaves and asafoetida and fry for few more seconds. add the seasoning to the mixed salad and mix it nicely.
finally, garnish it with pomegranate and serve it

PAPAYA CASHEW SMOOTHIE

PAPAYA CASHEW SMOOTHIE

– Take an papaya and remove the skin
– shred it and put in a mixer
– add 3 soaked cashews (soaked for 1 hour)
– add a pinch of cinnamon powder (cinnamon and apple are very good combination)
– add 2 tsp oats
– add 2 soaked dates
– finally add 1/4th cup milk
– churn it and garnish with few cashews
– Enjoy

RAMAYANA’S VEG OATS

INGREDIENTS
½ cup rolled oats
▢2-3 Drops of oil
▢½ tsp jeera / cumin
▢few curry leaves
▢1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
▢1 chilli (slit)
▢½ onion (finely chopped)
▢½ carrot (finely chopped)
▢3 beans (finely chopped)
▢¼ capsicum (finely chopped)
▢2 tbsp peas / matar
▢½ tsp turmeric
▢¾ tsp salt
▢1 cup water
▢2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
▢1 tbsp lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

firstly, in a large kadai heat oil jeera, few curry leaves .
saute until golden brown.
now add ginger, chilli and onion. saute well.
furthermore add carrot, beans, capsicum, turmeric and salt.
add water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
now add 1 cup water and get it to a boil. if using instant oats, just add ¼ cup water.
once the water comes to a boil, add in roasted oats and mix well.
mix until the oats absorb all the water.
now cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until oats gets cooked well.
furthermore add ¼ tsp salt, 2 tbsp coriander, and lemon juice.
finally, enjoy vegetable oats
