. Ramayana’s Sprouts Salad

Ingredients
•½ bowl mix sprouts
•½ Chopped Onion
•½ Chopped Tomato
•Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
•2 tsp boiled sweet corns
•½ chopped Carrot
•Half green chili..optional
•Salt to taste

Method
•Take sprouts in large bowl
•Then add chopped tomatoes ,onion or seasonal veggies broccoli,carrot etc
•Then add all the dry masala including salt,sweet corns and mix well
•Then add lemon juice and then mix well.
•Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

*2. Veg grilled sandwich*

**Ingredients* :

•Few drops of oil
•chopped vegetables ( capsicum, cucumber,onion,tomato,
carrot and other seasonal veggies(each 3-4 gm or 1 teaspoon )
•1 chopped green chilli(optional)
•Very less salt
•freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
•5 gm chopped coriander (dhania)
•2 slices of bread

*Method*:-

Heat few drops of oil in a nonstick pan, add the vegetables and sauté until water has evaporated and vegetables become dry. Add the green chilli,salt and black pepper, mix well and sauté till the vegetables are coated well and the mixture is cooked. Remove from the flame, add the coriander, mix well and keep aside. Spread the vegetables mixture on one slice and cover with the other slice and grill using a sandwich maker. Serve hot. 😋😋

*Veg Vermicelli*

*Veg Vermicelli*

*Ingredients*

•bowl of vermicelli
•2 tsp onion
•mix chopped veggies 2-3 tbsp (Carrot ,tomato,beans ,
cauliflower,cabbage )
•1/2 green chilli
•1/4 tsp cumin seeds,green cardamom
•1/2 cinnamon stick
•leaves of coriander to garnish
•few drops of oil

*Method*

•Dry roast half bowl vermicelli till lightly golden set aside in a plate .
•Heat drops of oil in pan, add 1/4 tsp cumin cloves, 1/4 tsp green cardamom ,1/2 cinnamon stick n fry for 1-2 minutes.
* Add 2 tsp onion n 1/2 chilli fry until the onion turns slightly golden.
* Add 2-3 tbsp carrots cauliflower peas n bean coriander n mints fry for 2-3 minutes cover .
•cook until the veggie get cook add pinch of red chilly powder n saute for a minute pour water n salt stir n check salt bring a water to a rapid boil .
•Add vermicelli cook till water gets absorbed .
•Serve hot .
•Granish with green coriander

145. Almond Milk

Instructions
1 cup almonds (soaked overnight in cool water)
3 cups filtered water

Recipe
Add your soaked almonds, 1 cup water, , to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Keep it running for at least 1-2 minutes so you get the most out of your almonds.

Then add 2 cups of water again in the blending jar and then keep it running till 2-3 mins..

Your almond milk is ready to serve.

paneer grilled sandwich

Ingredients :

•2 bread slices,
•5gm or 1 teaspoon grated cabbage
•30 gm or 1 teaspoon crumbled paneer(homemade paneer)
•1 green chilli chopped(OPTIONAL)
•5 gm chopped coriander
•Salt nd Black pepper to taste

Method :
Combine the cabbage, paneer(homemade), coriander, green chillies(optional) Less salt nd black pepper in a deep bowl and mix well. Spread bread slice and place them on the filling and grill in a greased griller ( or sandwich maker ) for 1 minutes or till the sandwiches are brown and crisp. Serve immediately.😊😊😊
