Ingredients
◼️1 Cup milk
◼️1 crushed elaichi
◼️2 black pepper corns
◼️ 1 Anjir
◼️3-4 Kesar Threads
◼️1-2 Almonds
◼️Cinnamon powder

Recipe
◼️ Add a glass of milk to a pan
◼️Add Elaichi, black pepper corns, cinnamon powder, anjir, almonds nd kesar
◼️Mix it well until it comes to boil

121. Ramayana’s BEETROOT RAITA*

Ingredients
°2-3 drops of Oil
°1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
°1/2 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
°1 sprig Curry leaves
°2 cups Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
°1 Beetroot , finely grated
°2 Green Chillies , finely chopped
°1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
°Salt , to taste

Recipe
First get all the ingredients ready and finely grate the beetroot and keep aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the yogurt, salt, cumin powder, green chillies and grated beetroot. Whisk well to combine. Check the salt and spice levels and adjust to suit your taste. Transfer the raita to a serving bowl.
The final step is the make the seasoning.
Heat oil in a tadka pan; add the the mustard seeds, urad dal and allow it to crackle and the dal to turn golden brown and crisp. Finally stir in the curry leaves and turn off the heat.
Pour the seasoning onto the Beetroot Raita and serve.

120. Ramayana’s special HOMEMADE PIZZA ?

INGREDIENTS
•2 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
•1/2 cup maize flour
•1/2 tsp baking powder
•1/2 tsp baking soda
•1-2 tbsp oil
•1/4 cup curd
•salt to taste
•around 1 to 1 and 1/4 cups water

FOR THE TOPPING : •1/4 cup capsicum(chopped lengthwise)
•1/4 cup onion(chopped lengthwise)
•1/2 cup baby corn(chopped lengthwise) (parboiled)
•1/4 tsp oregano
•3 tbsp pizza sauce
•1/2 cup homemade paneer
•1 generous pinch chilli flakes as needed
•oil few drops

INSTRUCTIONS •
Buy readymade atta base
Or
To a mixing bowl – add wheat flour, maize flour and baking powder.
•Add baking soda,sugar and oil.
•Add curd and required salt.
•Mix well with your finger tips or whisks for even mixing, then add water little by little and knead to form a smooth dough not too stiff not too loose just like our chapathi dough.
•Cling wrap the dough and leave aside for at least 2-3 hours in a warm place.Meanwhile prepare the topping – Heat half tsp of oil,saute baby corn,capsicum and onion ,olives,mushroom n ur fav veggies along with oregano and chilli flakes.
•Punch down and divide the dough into 3 balls.Take a ball flatten it thick or thin as per your liking, I made a slightly thin base.Prick with fork.
•Add few drops of oil on top ,heat a tawa or skillet.Carefully transfer the base to the tawa or skillet.Simmer and cook it
•Flip to other side and cook .Now spread pizza sauce, arrange the vegetables.
•Sprinkle paneer, cook covered for 2 mins or until paneer is cook n become lightish browny .Switch off, remove and cut into wedges and serve immediately.

Ingredients
1 cup hot water
1 peeled ripe banana
2 chopped walnuts
1 pitted organic dates
1/4 teaspooncinnamon
1/2 cup hot milk
1/4 inch knob of fresh ginger (optional

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender stainless steel jug, and process until smooth and creamy. Serve warm.

118. Ramayana’s Oatmeal recipe

Ingredients

1 cup oats
3 cups water
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Pinches of cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or cardamom, optional
Apple & Cherry (Thinly sliced apple Frozen) , and cherries
Chopped almonds

Instructions
Bring the water to a boil in a medium pot. Add the oats and salt and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, or cardamom, if desired. Remove from heat and let stand for two minutes. Serve hot with desired toppings , if desired.
