88. Ramayana’s Mix vegetable wrap ?

INGREDIENTS
• 1 chapati (wheat roti)
•1 tsp capsicum
•1 tsp carrot
•1 tsp tomato
•1/2 green chilly(optional)
•green chutney homemade(optional)
•salt to taste
•black pepper to taste
•lemon juice 1 tsp

METHOD
•wash n shred the capsicum,carrot n slice the onion,tomato n green chilly
•Now take one chapati n apply the green chutney on roti (optional)now place the capsicum,carrot, onion ,tomato n green chilly now sprinkle some salt n black pepper n squeeze some lemon on it now roll the wrap tightly…serve immediately??

87. Ramayana’s Lauki tomato soup ??

Ingredients :–
•Half lauki(chopped)
•1 tomato(chopped)
•Very less Salt
•a pinch of cumin seeds
•a pinch of turmeric powder
•1 glass water
•Few drops of lemon juice
•2 sp coriander leaves
•Few drops of oil

Method :
Heat drops of oil in a nonstick pan ,once hot add cumin seeds and leave it and add blended tomato, turmeric, coriander leaves, cumin powder, salt nd black pepper to taste and cook for a few minutes then add blended lauki and mix well nd also crushed it well in between pan and then add water. Cook till soup gets thick then add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot……??

Ingredients :
•2 tomatoes
•1 carrot
•Few drops of oil
•1/2 bay leaf(optional)
•Very less Salt
•1/4 tsp pepper powder

Method :

Heat a pan and add few drops of oil, 1/2 bay leaf, 1 clove and then add grinded tomato paste and then add peeled, grinded 1 carrot and mix it well stir for few minutes. . Add very less salt , 1/4 tsp pepper powder and add water as desired nd bring it to boil…..???

85. Ramayana’s Garlic vegetables soup 😕

Ingredients
•Mixed veggies – finely chopped [Broccoli, carrot, beets, capsicum, green peas](each 1spoon)
•Garlic – 1-2 cloves peeled
•1/4 finely chopped Onion
•1/4 chopped tomato
•Oats flakes 1 tbsp..optional
•Very low Salt to taste
•Pinch Black pepper powder
•Few drops of oil.

Method :

Heat few drops of oil on a non-stick pan placed on a medium to high flame.Add garlic and onion and sauté until both turn golden brown.Add veggies and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.Add about 2 ½ cups of water and allow the mixture to come to boil.Cover and cook on low to medium flame until veggies are cooked well.Mix in salt and pepper as desired.Dry roast cloves in a small pan and crush well. Keep aside.Mix in powdered oats to the veggie mixture and simmer for 3 more minutes.Serve hot, garnished with crushed cloves,curry leaves………???

84. ?Ramayana’s BROCCOLI SOUP ??

Ingredients
•2 cups of water
•9-10 floret of fresh broccoli
•3-4 chopped mushrooms
•salt to taste.
•1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
•1 spoon onion
•Pinch of Black pepper
•pinch of oregano

Method
•Bring water to boil. Add the 5-6 broccoli, mashed it after 10 min
•stir it occasionally ,add salt,black pepper,oregano acc to taste.
•In another pan saute add chopped onion,mushroom and 4-5 florets of broccoli in it until become crispy .
•Add saute veggies in broccoli soup .Stir in reserved vegetables and remaining ingredients.
•Reduce heat; cook, until vegetables are tender.Serve hot???
