129. Ramayana’s special WATERMELON SLUSH?

Ingredients
?5 cups diced seedless watermelon
?Black salt according to taste
?juice of 1 lime
? 1 cup of ice
?Half spoon gond katira

Method
Combine all the ingredients in blender without gond katira and blend until completely smooth…….. In last add gond katira in the bowl of watermelon slush. Keep jt for 20 min nd then enjoy your meal…. ?

Ingredients
Ragi flour – 1 tbsp
Besan –1 tbsp
Onion – 1 fine chopped
Carrot – 1 grated
Methi leaves – ½ cup chopped
Ginger garlic chilli paste h – half tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Sesame seeds – 2 tsp
Salt according to taste
Curd – ¼ cup
Water – ⅓ cup
Oil for roasting

Method
Keep all ingredients in a mixing bowl,Add water mix it well.
Keep it aside for 30 min. ( optional )
Spread a spoon of better on hot non-stick tawa.
Spread some oil.
Cover and cook. Flip when cooked.
Serve hot Ragi Besan Chilla with green chutney.?

Ingredients
-half cup Bajra atta
-2 tsp suji
-1 Chopped carrot-
-1 Chopped tomato
-1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
-1 Chopped onion
-1 tsp Chopped green chilli
-1 tsp Chopped ginger
-2 tbsp Chopped spring onion
-halfcup Chopped coriander leaves
-1 tsp Turmeric powder
-1 tsp Roasted jeera powder
-Salt to taste
-1 tsp Oil

Method
Take all ingredients in a bowl Nd add water, mix it well. Now batter is ready to make cheela.
Heat a pan add oil than add a big spoon batter and spread it circular motion.let it cooked from both sides
Cheela is ready for serve ?

126. Ramayana’s Oats bajra cheela

Ingredients
•Oats – 1 tsp
•Bajra -1 tsp
•1/4 cup Finely Chopped Spinach or any other greens
•chopped Onion
•Chopped Green Chili
•Chopped Cilantro
•Pinch Red chili powder
•Pinch(optional) Turmeric powder
•Pinch Garam Masala
• Water as required
•Drops of needed Oil  – for roasting

Method
•Mix the oats, bajra , chopped spinach, onion, green chili, cilantro, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala in a bowl.
•Add water gradually while mixing till it forms a thick batter.
•Heat a griddle or dosa pan. Smear some oil on the pan and pour a ladle full of batter.
•Spread the batter evenly.
•Let it cook for couple of minute.
• close with a lid to cook it faster.
•Flip and cook the other side also.
•Chillas will become slightly crisp with a few brown spots.
•Remove it using a spatula and serve hot.
