125. Ramayana’s oats ragi cheela

Ingredients
•Oats – 1 tsp
•ragi -1 tsp
•1/4 cup Finely Chopped Spinach or any other greens
•chopped Onion
•Chopped Green Chili
•Chopped Cilantro
•Pinch Red chili powder
•Pinch(optional) Turmeric powder
•Pinch Garam Masala
• Water as required
•Drops of needed Oil  – for roasting

Method

•Mix the oats, ragi , chopped spinach, onion, green chili, cilantro, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala in a bowl.
•Add water gradually while mixing till it forms a thick batter.
•Heat a griddle or dosa pan. Smear some oil on the pan and pour a ladle full of batter.
•Spread the batter evenly.
•Let it cook for couple of minute.
• close with a lid to cook it faster.
•Flip and cook the other side also.
•Chillas will become slightly crisp with a few brown spots.
•Remove it using a spatula and serve hot.

Ingredients
◼️1 cup lobia
◼️Some boiled sweet corns?
◼️3 spoons sooji
◼️1 medium boiled potato ?
◼️1 spoon ginger garlic? paste
◼️Salt
◼️Jeera to taste
◼️Chilli powder to taste
◼️1 chopped green chilly?️
◼️2-3 drops of oil

Recipe
? To make kabab, take a bowl, add 1 cup lobia
?Add grated potato & boiled corns
?Add sooji along with ginger garlic paste nd chopped green chilli.
?Mix it well.
?Add salt, jeera powder nd red chilli powder.
?Take the mixture & shape it into small kababs.
?Now, in pan, add 2-3 drops of oil, and Sauté the kababs until golden brown.
?Cook them well nd serve ’em hot! ?

Ingredients
◼️2-3 drops of oil
◼️1 spoon of chopped Garlic?
◼️1 small chopped onion?
◼️ 4-5 mushrooms
◼️Oregano & chilli flakes
◼️Flax seeds
◼️Some slices of brown bread ?

Recipe
▪️Grease the pan with some oil ( 2-3 drops )
▪️Next, add chopped garlic? onion ?, salt & red pepper.
▪️Sauté it for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
▪️Add mushrooms ( chopped ) ?
▪️Saute it well, until golden brown.
▪️Season it with Oregano
▪️Simply add the Sautéed mushrooms over toasted bread, garnish it with flax seeds, enjoy it hot.

Ingredients
◼️1 Cup milk
◼️1 crushed elaichi
◼️2 black pepper corns
◼️ 1 Anjir
◼️3-4 Kesar Threads
◼️1-2 Almonds
◼️Cinnamon powder

Recipe
◼️ Add a glass of milk to a pan
◼️Add Elaichi, black pepper corns, cinnamon powder, anjir, almonds nd kesar
◼️Mix it well until it comes to boil

121. Ramayana’s BEETROOT RAITA*

Ingredients
°2-3 drops of Oil
°1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
°1/2 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
°1 sprig Curry leaves
°2 cups Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
°1 Beetroot , finely grated
°2 Green Chillies , finely chopped
°1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
°Salt , to taste

Recipe
First get all the ingredients ready and finely grate the beetroot and keep aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the yogurt, salt, cumin powder, green chillies and grated beetroot. Whisk well to combine. Check the salt and spice levels and adjust to suit your taste. Transfer the raita to a serving bowl.
The final step is the make the seasoning.
Heat oil in a tadka pan; add the the mustard seeds, urad dal and allow it to crackle and the dal to turn golden brown and crisp. Finally stir in the curry leaves and turn off the heat.
Pour the seasoning onto the Beetroot Raita and serve.
