Ramayana’s Carrot Spinach Idli
Add suji (1 cup)
Add curd (1 cup)
Add 1 bowl of spinach
(blanch, grind nd make a puree)
Add 1 cup carrot
Salt (½ tbsp)
water (1 cup)
Mix nd keep aside for 15 mins
Heat (½tsp) ghee
Add mustard seeds & urad dal for tadka
Add this to the mixture
Add Eno (1 tsp)
Little water to activate
Mix nd pour into the idli mold
steam it for 15/20 mins
& its ready!

RAMAYANA’S  Spot idli
Saute Some Onion
Ginger , Garlic paste
Add 1 chopped tomato
chilly powder & turmeric
Add some water
Now divided into 3 parts
Add laddle of idli batter (suji nd curd batter)
Add some oregano
Steam for 2-3 mins….nd enjoy ?

RAMAYANA’S Vegetable Pancakes
Add carrot, onion, capsicum, coriander, green chilli
Add paneer, salt nd red chilli powder
(½ cup) besan/gram flour
Add water, mix it well
Add cornflour (1 tbsp)
Take a pan, add ghee in it
Put the ingredients in it. cook for 5 mins
& it’s ready!

RAMAYANA’S Palak Paneer Uttapam

RAMAYANA’S Palak Paneer Uttapam
Add chopped onion (½ cup)
Add chopped tomato (½ cup)
Thickly grated paneer (½ cup)
Add chopped green chillies (1 tsp)
Add chopped coriander (1 tbsp)
Salt according to taste
Mix well nd keep aside
Add semolina/suji (1 cup)
Add curd (½ cup)
Add Palak puree (1 cup)
Ginger paste (½sp)
Salt according to taste
fruit salt (½sp)
water (¾cup)
Mix well
heat a non-sticky pan nd grease with a little oil
pour a ladle of the batter on it
add 1 tbsp paneer mixture over it
flip over and cook from both side
serve palak paneer uttapam is ready

Ramayana’s Paneer Roasties

RAMAYANA’S Paneer Roasties
Take Green chilli, Ginger & Garlic, Coriander
Add Roasted Chickpeas
Add salt, Lemon Juice, water
Grind Smooth
Chutney is Ready
Add 1 cup suji
Add 1 bowl curd
Add water, Mix it well
Let it rest for 10-15 min
Few drops of oil
Add jeera (½sp)
Add Mustard seeds (½sp)
Add Green chilli
Add Onion, corns, capsicum, peas, carrot
Add paneer (use 60gm paneer)
Add chilli flakes (½sp) & salt
Mix it well
Which is better prepared: Mix all the ingredients in it
Add 1 pouch eno, water
Take a pan, put the better in it
cook for 5-10 mins
& ready to serve it !
