Take Urad dal, chana dal & moong dal
Then Boil Quinoa
Cover nd cook for 20-25 mins
Grind all together
Ginger & Green Chutney
Add Some Spring Onion
Pout the batter in Appa Maker
Cook into 5-10 mints
& Lentil Quinoa Appe is ready?

Ramayana’s Broccoli Tikka

BROCCOLI TIKKA

Brocolli- 8 florets
Curd- 1 cup
Salt- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- According to taste
Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi- 1/2 tsp
Besan- 1/4 cup
Chaat masala- aa per taste
Lemon- 1/2 cut

METHOD

1. In a cup of curd, mix all the spices and salt along with besan. Give the ingredients a good mix.

2. Now add small broccoli pieces to it and coat the mixture on each piece properly.
3. Preheat the oven and after spraying some oil on the baking tray, grill the broccoli for 15 min or you can roast the broccoli on the tawa.

4. Sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon. Yummy guilt-free tikkas are ready. Pair them with onions!

Take 1 bowl yellow dal
Soak in water overnight
Sieve the soaked dal
Add salt nd blend
Add Eno, nd Mix It Well
Pout the batter in Idli Maker
Add curd, Imli chutney
Add maximum chopped seasonal veggies
Add black pepper, salt, chana masala According to taste
& it’s ready to be served

Add 2tbsp Suji

Add 2tbsp Oats flour

MAKE Fine Powder

Curd -2tbsp (optional) 

Water 1 cup

Salt to taste

Baking powder (¼tsp)/1 eno pouch

Mix it well

Keep Aside 10 mins

Make Small Mini Pizza

Cook one side on

Medium Flame 2-3 Mints

Add veggies of your choice (add seasonal veggies) 

Add 60gm paneer 

Add 1 Tsp Oregano

Add 1 Tsp Chilli flakes

Now, Cook it for sometime & it’s ready to be served
