Early morning when u wake up at 6:30 am
(soaked overnight)
First 10 days…. Take cinnamon (¼spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take rose petals (½ petals)with water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take ginger (½spoon) water… 200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd half spoon sunflower seeds nd triphla juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
BREAKFAST
8:15 am
5,6,7 august…. 1 onion jau kneaded chapati with curd and bowl of salad
8 august… bowl of milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal
AFTERNOON MIDMEAL
At 10:30 noon
Bowl of avocado
Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle

infused water ( add chopped cucumber, cinnamon, mint leaves)
*Take 15 ml apple cider vinegar for 15 days before lunch*
LUNCH
AT 2:30pm
5,6,7 august….2 chapati (use soya & wheat flour) with veg nd salad bowl

8 august…. bowl of curd mix fruits ( without salt) add max chopped fruits
EVENING TEA
At 5:30 pm
Cup of milk tea or green tea with ½ handful of peanuts

DINNER
AT 7:30pm
5 august… bowl of mushroom salsa salad ( add max chopped salad)
6,7 august… cup of milk (no sugar) with 2 suji rusk
8 august… bowl of milk oats ( no sugar) add max chopped fruits
AT 9:00 pm
bowl of cucumber and tomato
(2 time green tea in a day)….
