(soaked overnight)
First 10 days…. Take lemon (squeeze 1 lemon) with water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take oregano (half spoon) water…200ml
Next 10 days… Take methi (½spoon) with water…200ml
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
After 10 min … 4 soaked almond & 2 walnut with aloe vera juice (20ml) with water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
add coconut water daily
early morning…..glass of white petha juice
before Breakfast

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal
Half spoon basil seed (for 1 month) In a day…..anytime…..add in your water bottle
