Makhana and nuts pudding

Makhana & Nuts Pudding
Ingredients:-
* 2 cup of Makhana
* 10 cashews
* 10 pistachios
* 10 soaked & peeled almonds
* 15 Kesar strands(soaked in 2tbsp water)
* 1 Cup hung curd
* 5 elaichi

Method
-Dry roast the makhana.
Add -cashews,pistachios,almonds roast it for a minute.
-Transfer it all to a blender jar,along with yogurt,elaichi powder,Kesar water.
-Once blended to a smooth consistency,pour it in small cups and refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Ramayana’s Sabudana vada

Navratra Special Sabudana Vada
Ingredients :-
* sabudana
* red chilli
* boiled potato
* jeera
*sendha namak
* ginger powder
* roasted peanuts
* buckwheat flour
* paneer stuffing add jeera, sendha namak , coriander leaves, green chilli, mix it well
Method
.○ all the ingredients mix in it then add paneer stuffing
.○ add paneer stuffing nd round the shape
.○ take appa maker nd roast it in the appa maker
.○ then sabudana vada is ready nd enjoy
