*Pretty pink Paneer Tikka*

*Ingredients*

▪️100 grms Paneer
▪️ 1/2 cup curd
▪️ 1/2 beetroot (chopped)
▪️ 1/2 capsicum
▪️ 1/2 onion
▪️ 5-6 cloves of garlic ( paste)
▪️handful of coriander
▪️ 1 tsp besan
▪️ salt according to taste
▪️ jeera powder
▪️ chaat masala
▪️ red chilly

*Instructions*

1. Chop paneer into small cubes
2. In a bowl, mix beetroot and curd together .
3. Now add besan and all the spices. Make a paste.
4. Transfer chopped paneer into the bowl and keep it for half an hour.
5. Heat oil in a pan and roast paneer from all the sides.

*Ingredients*
°Green Peas – 1 tbsp
°Ginger – small piece
°Green Chili – 1 pc
°Salt – to taste
°Semolina – 1/2 bowl
°Curd – 1/2 bowl
°Edible Oil – 1 tsp
°Mustard Seeds – 1 tbsp
°Curry Leaves – 1 tsp
°Eno powder – 1 sachet/ small pouch
°Water – 1/2 tbsp

*Steps*
Take green peas, ginger, green chili and salt. Grind them.
Drop the green peas paste in a bowl and add suji and curd to it. Mix well. You will get the desired natural green texture for making idli green. Cover and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add oil in a heated pan. Add mustard seeds .
After that add curry leaves in the saute.
Now add the tadka to the green batter and mix well. Cover and leave it untill you need to put it in pan.
Take idli pan and grease it with cooking oil.
Take the batter and add eno powder. Also, add water and mix it properly.
Lastly, fill the green idli batter in the idli pan. Steam it for approx 10 to 12 minutes. Serve it with green OR coconut chutney.

INGREDIENTS
▢1 cup almonds
▢½ cup walnuts
▢½ cup pistachios
▢2 tbsp watermelon seeds
▢2 tbsp sunflower seeds
▢½ cup oats
▢ 1 tablespoon flax seeds

*INSTRUCTIONS*

firstly, dry roast 1 cup almond until it turns aromatic. keep aside.
in the same pan take ½ cup walnut, ½ cup pistachios.
roast on low flame until the nuts turn crunchy. keep aside.
further take 2 tbsp watermelon seeds and 2 tbsp sunflower seeds,flax seeds.
roast until the seeds turn crunchy, keep aside.
now roast ½ cup oats until it turns crisp.
transfer the roasted oats to the same plate and cool completely.
furthermore, mix well-combining everything well.
once the nuts cool down, transfer to a mixi and blend to a fine powder. make sure to pulse and blend to prevent oil releasing.
sieve the powder to have a smooth powder….. and mix well.
protein powder is ready to use. store in an airtight container .
to prepare the protein milk, heat 2 cup milk on medium flame.
once the milk turns warm, add 1 tbsp of prepared protein powder and mix well.

*Ramayana’s Kangni Dal khichdi*

*Ramayana’s Kangni Dal khichdi*

▢ ½ cup kangni
▢ 2 spoon dal (moong or toor)
▢ 2.5 cups water
▢ 1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, beans, peas, capsicum)
▢ 1 handful methi/ spinach / Palak leaves
▢ 1 tomato small , deseeded (optional)
▢ ½ tsp ginger grated
▢ pinch of cumin / jeera
▢ ¼ to ½ tsp red chili powder
▢ 1 pinch turmeric
▢ salt as needed
▢ ¼ to ½ tsp garam masala

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash millets and dal thoroughly until water runs clear. Soak for about 30 mins to 1 hour. The longer they are soaked the quicker and softer they turn. Drain them to a colander.

Heat a pressure cooker or pot with ghee. Add cumin and allow them to splutter. Saute ginger until a nice flavor comes out.

Add all the veggies including tomato. Saute on a medium flame for 2 to 3 mins.

Add red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt. Saute until the tomatoes turn mushy.

Then add drained millets and dal. Saute for 2 to 3 mins.

Add water and check the salt.

Pressure cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 whistles.

Ramayana’s MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients
•2 cups of water
•4 – 5 floret of fresh broccoli
•9 – 10 chopped mushrooms
•salt to taste.
•1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
•1 spoon onion
•Pinch of Black pepper
•pinch of oregano

Method
•Bring water to boil. Add the4 – 5 broccoli, mashed it after 10 min
•stir it occasionally ,add salt,black pepper,oregano acc to taste.
•In another pan saute add chopped onion,mushroom (9 – 1 0) and 4-5 florets of broccoli in it until become crispy .
•Add saute veggies in broccoli soup .Stir in reserved vegetables and remaining ingredients.
•Reduce heat; cook, until vegetables are tender.Serve hot🔥😋😋
