73. Ramayana’s green smoothie?

Ingredients:–
•50 gm roughly chopped spinach (palak)
•Half apple peeled
•2gm roughly chopped ginger (adrak)
•Half cup curd
•1 cup of water

Method:
•Combine all the ingredients along with water in a mixer and blend it till smooth.
•Pour the smoothie into the glass. Decorate with chopped apple pieces.
•Serve immediately.????

Ingredients
• 2 tablespoon Oats flakes
•1 cup skimmed milk
•1 date
•1 cardamom(elaichi)
•Any seasonal fruits (optional)

Method
•Roast oats flakes for 4-5 min.
•In a pan add skimmed milk, and boil it .
•Add oats flakes n let it boil untill it becomes thick.
•Once the oats kheer is ready add fruits …date or any fruit of your choice ,add cardamom serve hot or cool.??

71. Ramayana’s OATMEAL PORRIDGE ?

Ingredients:
•1/4 cup oats flakes
•1/4 cup broken wheat
•1 cup skimmed milk
•1/4 banana sliced
•2 almonds

Method

•Bring the milk to a boil and add the broken wheat.
•Simmer and cook until the broken wheat become soft and then add oats until become soft and the milk thickens.
•Remove from the flame and transfer to a bowl.
•Serve it hot
Or
•Cool at room temperature
•Top it with banana slices and chopped almonds
•Ready to serve ??

Ingredients
•Oats – 1 tsp
•Besan-1 tsp
•1/4 cup Finely Chopped Spinach or any other greens
•chopped Onion
•Chopped Green Chili
•Chopped Cilantro
•Pinch Red chili powder
•Pinch(optional) Turmeric powder
•Pinch Garam Masala
• Water as required
•Drops of needed Oil  – for roasting

Method
•Mix the oats, besan, chopped spinach, onion, green chili, cilantro, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala in a bowl.
•Add water gradually while mixing till it forms a thick batter.
•Heat a griddle or dosa pan. Smear some oil on the pan and pour a ladle full of batter.
•Spread the batter evenly.
•Let it cook for couple of minute.
• close with a lid to cook it faster.
•Flip and cook the other side also.
•Chillas will become slightly crisp with a few brown spots.
•Remove it using a spatula and serve hot.

Ingredients
•1 cup of moong dal (also known as split green gram, which should be soaked overnight preparing),
•1tbsp of cumin seeds,salt and black pepper to taste
•drops of oil
•mix chopped veggies (Carrot ,onion,coriander , Capsicum)

Method
•Drain the moong dal and grind it in a processor until a thick, non-lumpy mixture is formed.
•Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture and mix well.
•Now, heat oil in a flat non-stick pan and spread the dough evenly using the back of a serving spoon.
•Pour the mixture evenly on the surface of the pan.
•Turn the pancake over and make sure it is slightly brown from both side.
•Serve hot.
